Warranty

Mercury cookers and hoods are covered by a 3 years parts and 1 year labour warranty.

DELIVERY INFORMATION:

All Mercury range cookers are ordered in and are not held as stock items. Depending on stock with the manufacturer delivery will take between 1-6 weeks. Once your order has been placed we will be able to notify you on the delivery timings. Depending on model and colour chosen some cookers are in stock.

The price stated online includes a standard two man home delivery service where the item will be placed into the kitchen and connected to existing services. Please notify us if the delivery is unusual. i.e on a first floor apartment as additional delivery costs may occur.

If you have an old appliance to disconnect and dispose of this is also included in the price.

Please note connection of appliance is to the correct power supply only. Any upgrade works that may need to take place must be done before the delivery of the cooker. Please ensure you have checked the power supplies needed for your cooker. 32amp 6mm cable for duel fuel. 45amp 10mm cable for induction.

Please Note: Price includes VAT, delivery, connection to existing compliant supply and disconnection of old appliance. The cooker must be delivered and installed on the same day as the side panels do not come fitted to the cooker and must be fitted by the Mercury delivery team. If you choose to have the cooker delivered only and not connected they will not return at a later date to connect the cooker and any alignment issues will not be covered under the warranty as the fitting of the side panels requires a skilled engineer.
