This Ceramic poultry Roaster will produce the most juicy and flavourful meat you’ve have ever tasted. Add flavour by simply pouring some fruit juice, cider, wine, or cordial into to the enclosed base. Pop the bird on top, and as it cooks, the liquid will evaporate up inside the meat and slowly infusing it with flavoured steam. By roasting the bird vertically, you will achieve even browning and crispy skin. After use, it’s easy to clean, as it is dishwasher safe.
